ECO-RESPONSIBLE DESIGN
Before starting development, we devote a lot of time to consultation to design useful toys.
Our toy development is based on practicality. We design toys that have a purpose to stimulate children's interest and allow them to play for a long time.
They are the result of discussions with parents and all of our partners specializing in early childhood.
They are designed in a design studio in Nantes.
The rule: Useful toys
TOYS MADE IN FRANCE
Once the toys are designed, we start making the molds.
For the same toy, several molds are needed. They are manufactured in the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region, near Lyon.
All the toy parts are manufactured in our partner factory in Ain.
Finally, once molded, they are assembled and boxed in our partner workshop in Lyon or in Mayenne.
The rule: a toy of GUARANTEED FRENCH ORIGIN, made of a single material, without glue, screws or stickers.
PACKAGING MADE IN FRANCE
For each range of toys we use the same packaging, in order to save costs and energy.
All boxes are made from 100% recycled cardboard in the Normandy region in Eure.
We only use a single color for printing. Our packaging is designed to be durable, sustainable, and attractive.
The rule: use only cardboard, no single-use plastic.
TOYS MADE FROM 100% RECYCLED MATERIALS
To make our toys we only use 100% recycled plastic: HDPE.
This is the same material used in most shower gel bottles, milk bottles, etc.
We recycle materials from everyday product manufacturing waste, entirely recycled in Normandy.
The rule: check each batch of material to ensure you play safely.
Compliance with CE and EN71 standards
Toys intended for young children and babies under 3 years old are particularly controlled.
Before being marketed, our toys are tested in a laboratory.
Experts test the durability and quality of the materials used. Once the tests are validated, we affix the CE mark. All our toys have a certificate of conformity.
ZERO Endocrine Disruptors
Each batch of recycled plastic is laboratory tested to ensure there are no traces of controversial substances.
The quality control of our toys exceeds the required standard. We subject the raw material to all the chemical tests that ensure the manufacture of products without endocrine disruptors, phthalates, PVC or Bisphenol A.
PLAY ENDLESSLY
Our toys are returnable.
A unique concept on the market. These toys come with a deposit, already included in their sale price, allowing you to return them to us when they are no longer in use.
Collected products are recycled into new items.
Returning toys is a service we offer; it is optional, unlimited in time and can be done by anyone.
